At MotionGrey, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ergonomic workspace setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack all components into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
